Basic rules for placing, confirming and receiving CRAFTLEX orders.

Request and confirmation

Submitting a cart or quote form is a request, not automatic order confirmation. CRAFTLEX separately confirms availability, timing, collection or delivery and the final total.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros. Delivery is calculated separately. Payment is by bank transfer or cash when receiving the order at a meeting. Delivery orders use bank transfer. There is no online payment on the website.

Custom products

The main specifications, price and timing are agreed before production. The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to individual specifications or personalised.

Returns and non-conformity

Statutory consumer rights apply to standard goods, including the right of withdrawal for distance purchases where applicable. Contact us with photos if an item is defective or does not conform.
