Data we receive

Name, phone number, email, message content, order details, selected payment method and files or links voluntarily submitted by the visitor. The cart is stored in the browser and sent to CRAFTLEX only when a request is submitted.

Why we need them

To answer a request, quote and agree an order, contact the customer and arrange production and delivery.

Storage and sharing

Data may be processed by the hosting, email and Google services used to handle requests. Unconfirmed requests are kept for no longer than 12 months. Completed order data may be retained longer where required for records or protection of legitimate interests.
